ORDER ACCEPTANCES
All orders are subjected to (a) merchant’s, (b) agent and (c) carrier’s acceptance. All orders are also subjected to customs and authorities clearance. There will be no cancellation charges if orders/imports are not permitted. In the event whereby the customs declaration and import are not successful, Celeste Exports will cancel the order and issue a Full refund in-store credit to you.

 

 

CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order for a refund if you’ve placed the order within 24 hours. To qualify for a refund, you must cancel your order before order confirmation in writing. We will also absorb all the transactional and commission fees. No cancellation or refunds after the order have been confirmed or ship out.

 

 

PAYMENTS
Orders are transacted in Indian Rupees. If you are not using an Indian Rupee based credit card, the transaction may subject you to your bank’s prevailing currency exchange rates and foreign transaction (FX) fee. Exchange rates and foreign transaction (FX) fees are beyond Celeste Exports control. You will see the final amount at checking out before entering your credit card details.

 

 

IN-STOCK / BACKORDERS
In the event whereby the item is out of stock or unable to provide the service, Celeste Exports will cancel the order and issue a Full refund in-store credit to you.

 

 

REFUNDS
Celeste Exports will issue a refund back to the same credit/debit card facility, and currency transacted.
[*Policy Update/ Disclosure: 1-Jan-2021]: In-Store Credit only. In the event whereby a refund is required, Celeste Exports will process your refund and automatically issue an in- store credit in the currency transacted within 30 days.

IN-STORE CREDITS
In-store credits are accounted for in INR. In-store credits expire one year following the issuance date or the earliest date thereafter permitted by applicable law. In-store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

Products may not be tested safe, compatible or approved for your jurisdiction.
